📌 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or preference
  • Minor variations in color or appearance
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Sufficient proof is provided and approved by our support team

Once approved:

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method
    OR
  • A replacement item may be offered (preferred solution)

Note: We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate resolution (refund or replacement).


🔁 Replacements

  • We prioritize free replacements over refunds whenever possible
  • Replacement orders will be processed after verification of the issue

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • After this window, orders are considered processed and cannot be canceled

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Orders delayed due to logistics, customs, or high demand are not eligible for refunds
  • A package is considered lost only if it has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment

⚠️ Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy
  • We reserve the right to dispute all unjustified chargebacks with proof of delivery and policy agreement
